The Hub Plus Training Needs Analysis

We are conducting a comprehensive survey across all roles in Primary Care in Derbyshire to gain insights into the training needs of our valuable workforce. The information gathered will play a crucial role in planning training programs, securing funding, and fostering development opportunities.

Health and Wellbeing Visits 

Bookable appointments are available for every primary care site with a health improvement advisor to visit in person or virtually. They will be able to distribute specialist knowledge, raise awareness and promote local and national initiatives to improve wellbeing within your teams.

Quality Improvement

For anyone across Primary Care in Derbyshire interested in learning more about QI, how you can get involved, or to access any support you may need on your QI journey. 

In the Apprenticeship Spotlight 

This role enables registered nurses to focus on more complex clinical duties. Nursing associates are trained to work with people of all ages and across all four fields of nursing: adult, child, mental health and learning disability.  

 

Mandatory Training

All primary care staff are expected to complete a minimum level of ensure they can carry out their role safely and effectively. There is an expectation training is updated and refreshed at appropriate intervals.
