Refresh, Refocus, and Re-Energise: A Reflective Workshop for Practice Managers

Are you weary from the endless operational tasks and responsibilities of managing and leading your practice? Do you find yourself with little to no time for self-reflection, personal development, or simply space to think? Are you feeling fatigued, undervalued, and isolated? Have you lost sight of your 'why' in what you do?

This introductory workshop is designed specifically for experienced Practice Managers who are eager to take a moment for quiet self-reflection in a supportive, safe space. Limited to a small group of up to ten participants, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to invest in your well-being and reignite your passion for Primary Care.

During this workshop, you will have the time and space to revitalise your approach to practice management and perhaps look beyond to ‘what's next?’ and begin identifying opportunities for both personal and professional growth. 

Aims and Objectives of this Workshop:

- Take a moment to pause and reflect on your journey so far.

- Celebrate your achievements, strengths, and the vast wealth of experience and knowledge you possess.

- Consider how you can repackage this expertise for future endeavours.

- Explore the valuable contributions you've made and envision the direction you'd like to take in your career.

- Includes optional self-reflection questionnaires that can be completed before the session or used for personal use at any time.

Training Session Outcomes:

By the end of the workshop, delegates will be able to:

1. Clearly identify and articulate your strengths and achievements.

2. Feel restored, listened to, and valued, enhancing your overall well-being.

3. Explore pathways to foster positive relationships and reduce feelings of isolation.

4. Gain insights into your career options and how you can explore portfolio working.

We would like to inform you that our program includes two cohorts. To ensure the best experience for all participants, we reserve the right to reassign individuals to a different cohort if one cohort does not reach full capacity. This adjustment helps us maintain the quality and effectiveness of our program.We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
