​Project management Bitesize learning sessions – delivered by Raki Raya 

Over the coming weeks, Raki Raya, Senior Programme Manager in the Derby and Derbyshire ICB Primary Care team, will be offering a number of learning sessions covering important aspects of successful project management. Focusing on the practical skills, tools and techniques to help you successfully plan and deliver your projects.

Raki has 14 years of project management experience, an MSc in Project Management and is a Chartered Programme Manager with the Association of Project Management.

"I love structure but I also love flexibility! As I have progressed in my career, I have realised that the balance between the two creates the perfect environment for really good Project Management!"

The course consists of 12 bitesize sessions delivered virtually, with 30minutes of teaching followed by 30minute Q&A. 

Open to all staff members working on projects.
