REACH Network - Listening & Empowerment Exercise

​The Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage (REACH) Staff Network are pleased to invite you to our second Staff Listening & Empowerment Event of this year.

This event is targeted at ethnic minority staff and their allies working and training within general practice across Derbyshire, both clinically and non-clinically. We aim to explore any concerns affecting staff in terms of patient interactions, colleague relationships, recruitment, training and development. We will also discuss individual tools and collective strategy to navigate some of these issues, and tap into routes to amplify voices in forums for change.​

You must have line manager approval before booking.

Due to funding restraints and reduced budgets, in addition to a high number of cancellations, we have had no choice but to introduce this policy.
