Target Audience: All Staff Members, both Clinical and Non-Clinical, who engage with deaf patients
Please note participants will need to book individually but are welcome to join together on a shared screen with the entire team
- Gain a better understanding of the Deaf community and their unique communication needs.
- Learn how to effectively support Deaf patients in accessing services at your surgery.
- Understand your legal responsibilities when interacting with Deaf patients.
- Explore a range of practical solutions and tools to improve communication and care for Deaf patients.
