The Hub Plus is seeking a new GPN Lead. This is for 15-20 hours a week, this can be flexible around other commitments but must include a Monday or Tuesday (which are our core team days). The successful candidate will help create and drive forwards GPN Strategy, develop GPN leadership and help coalesce and raise the voice of GPNs across Derbyshire.
We recognise that taking on new leadership roles can feel daunting, the successful candidate will be supported by colleagues across The Hub Plus and ICB Quality Team to thrive in their role. We are very much looking for someone with passion, drive and experience to lead on this role with the ability to be self-motivated and prioritise the development of others.
Candidates must be a currently registered general practice nurse working within primary care in Derbyshire. Working with The Hub Plus team, the successful candidate will have several key responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Review career pathways and proactively seek new opportunities for GPNs in Derbyshire.
Hours: 15-20 hours weekly (to include a Monday or Tuesday in person at our office site)
Location: Hybrid – Base site RTC, RTC Business Park, London Road, Derby
Contract type: Fixed Term 8 months with extension subject to funding, starting ASAP.
Pay: High Band 7 equivalent
