Introducing the General Practice Trailblazer Fellowships

What is a trailblazer fellowship?

Fellowships can look at any aspect of health, from the provision of vaccination or sexual health programmes to the wider issues of prevention and population health in areas of deprivation.

You will have the time to follow a particular interest, network with systemwide colleagues and to make changes that can benefit Derbyshire patients and general practice alike.

These fellowships are for any Derbyshire GP in a substantive post or BSc level GP clinicians working at AfC Band 6+ who want to think outside the box and spend a day a week on health inequality work.

Doing the Trailblazer Fellowship was a total gamechanger for me, on many levels. I am really grateful for that opportunity - Past Derby Trailblazer.
