Quality Conversations Training:
Quality conversations training is available to everyone working across Derby and Derbyshire. It builds staff skills to support conversations around behaviour change, raises awareness of the impacts of health inequalities, and supports patient engagement.
There are a range of different sessions available; start with the Quality Conversations Core Skills session and then build on that with the relevant additional spotlight sessions.
